Friendly people who work here. Nice and cozy little post office. You can get missed mail same day here. I live on the border between Kenai and Nikiski My zip code is Kenai. Originally, packages would be left at the Nikiski P.O. for pickup. Then the policy changed. Packages had to be picked up at the Kenai P.O. Kenai P.O. is always busy, long waits and is three times the drive. After talking to the very helpful ladies at the Nikiski P.O. I got a box there. Now I have all packages mailed there. Shorter drive, never busy, always friendly they hold packages as long as needed and even provided a physical address for the box for those places that insist on no P.O. box. Nikiski P.O. gives excellent service, friendly service, treat you like a neighbor. I can I understand if they were busy but these ladies are just plain out rude, I always having to have somebody else's mail in my box and I would never recommend anybody to get a box with the Nikiski post office This is a great little post office. Very friendly staff.
